Holiday Exchanges and Returns

We want you to love your jacket!

 

We are taking a much-needed break over the holidays, but we will be recharged and ready to help you with exchanges and returns after January 9th. We have two wonderful "Jacket Elves" checking in on orders and emails every 4-5 days in our absence. If you need to return or exchange a jacket please return it as soon as possible so that we'll have all the information (and jackets) we need to provide you lots of options in the New Year: the more returns we have by January 9th, the better selection we'll have for your swap!

 

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your jacket for a different size or colour, please click the red "Help" button in the lower right corner, select "Exchange"as your reason for contacting us, and we send you the info you'll need. If you would like to exchange for a different style with a different price, we can do that, too. Our ability to make exchanges depends entirely on our remaining inventory and on other jackets that are returned after Christmas: we will do our best!

 

Refunds: If you are not happy with your purchase OR if there is a defect in the jacket, please click the red "Help" button in the lower right corner, select "Return/Refund" as your Reason for Contacting us and we will make arrangements with you for a return and refund. We can only accept jackets for a full refund if it is unused and in the same condition that you received it (unless it is defective in some way). Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees. Depending on your method of purchase, we will arrange a suitable method for refunding your money.

 

Shipping or Dropping-off Returns: To return a jacket, please identify it with your name and order number and:

    • mail it to: 752 East 15th Street, North Vancouver BC V7L 2S4, Canada OR
    • drop it off at Deep Cove Outdoors, 352 Lynn Avenue, North Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Either way, please click the red "Help" button to us to let us know to expect your jacket.
