Exchanges: If you need to exchange your jacket for a different size or colour, please click the red "Help" button in the lower right corner, and we will make arrangements with you for an exchange to the best of our ability. Please tell us what you would like, with 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices please. If you would like to exchange for a different style with a different price, we can do that, too. Our ability to make exchanges depends entirely on our remaining inventory; if you know you need to make an exchange, do not delay in contacting us.
Refunds: If you are not happy with your purchase OR if there is a defect in the jacket, please click the red "Help" button in the lower right corner, and we will make arrangements with you for a return and refund. We can only accept jackets for a full refund if it is unused and in the same condition that you received it (unless it is defective in some way). Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees. Depending on your method of purchase, we will arrange a suitable method for refunding your money.
Shipping or Dropping-off Returns: To return your jacket, you should identify it with your name and order number and:
- mail it to: 752 East 15th Street, North Vancouver BC V7L 2S4, Canada OR
- drop it off at Deep Cove Outdoors, 352 Lynn Avenue, North Vancouver, BC, Canada
(10-6, 7 days/week).
Either way, please click the red "Help" button to us to let us know that you are making a return.
Manufacturer's "Seconds": We will always tell you why we've labelled the jacket a "second" so you may change your mind before you commit to purchasing and and before we ship it or drop it off for you. "Seconds" are sold at a discount with an up-front "no refunds" policy. We cannot accept returns of our sale-priced manufacturer's seconds.
