SET UP POP-UP SHOPS IN NORTH VANCOUVER I'm Interested in Helping
Getting ready for pop-up shops involves a lot of shuttling between our home, our storage locker and Deep Cove Outdoors (all within 3km of the 2nd Narrows Bridge). We would love your assistance loading and moving duffle bags using your vehicle and/or our truck, setting up racks and putting jackets on hangers at the store.

SATURDAY MINI-SALES AT DEEP COVE OUTDOORS I'm Interested in Helping
We will have our jackets for sale at Deep Cove Outdoors most Saturdays 10am - 6pm before Christmas. You will hang out with the awesome DCO staff, listening to great music and helping J4J customers try on and purchase jackets when they come into shop. Training provided. Lunch or snacks and drinks provided. Partial or overlapping shifts also welcomed!

POP-UP SHOP IN NANAIMO DECEMBER 10th I'm Interested in Helping
We are coming to Vancouver Island December 10th! Beban Park Social Centre, Room #1. Running a pop-up shop away from our home requires a lot of assistance. We have some Nanaimo friends helping, but we will require additional support to make it a success. Training provided. Lunch or snacks and drinks provided for day-of support.
- Promotion assistance: put up posters, share on social media, tell friends at meetings, wear your jacket and show it off!
- Pop-up shop set-up (8:30am - 10:30am)
- Pop-up shop helper (10:00am - 4:00pm or any hours you can spare)
- Pop-up shop take-down and pack-up (4:00pm - 6:00pm)
QUALITY-CHECKING AND LABELLING JACKETS I'm Interested in Helping
When a shipment of jackets arrives from Nepal, we have between 100 and 300 jackets that we need to unpack, check, tag and pack for storage. This work is done at J4J HQ (North Vancouver) at our bright kitchen table. Training provided. Snacks and drinks provided. Times are totally flexible.
